Deep breathes cleanse, purify, bring clarity. Under extended stress and/or duress breathes are shallow; life sustaining but not invigorating. Here at Global Breath Co we apply that concept to both the environment and all living things. That the world and everyone in it is free of oppression, free from pollution, able to take deep long inhales and exhales. It will make all the difference!
